If you are not satisfied with your product purchased on our website, you can review our terms below.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot make changes, unless the product has arrived in poor condition or broken.

If this is the case, we ask you to send photographic evidence to hola@hopsis.com.mx so that we can proceed to an exchange for the same product in a maximum of 10 business days after receiving it. We do not make returns or exchanges for products other than the one purchased.
